2015 Statement of Direction
Ten years ago, the congregation explored “where God might be calling us in the next chapter of our life together.” The wisdom from the congregation is summarized in the “2015 Statement of Direction.” Although the context for ministry has shifted, many of the goals and priorities remain a core part of who we are.
2018 Study
In 2018 the congregation engaged external consultants in a process to better understand its hopes, challenges, and aspirations. The summary of the report is available below:
2020 Church Profile
In 2019 and 2020, the congregation conducted a search for either a settled or designated term pastor. As part of the process, the congregation created a profile to summarize the congregation’s ministries, hopes, and aspirations at the time.
2023 Re-structuring
Recognizing that the structure of the congregation prescribed by its bylaws no longer supported the present needs or realities of the congregation, a restructuring team was formed. The team explored what others were doing to simplify its decision-making processes and update its organizational structure to meet today’s ministry needs.
The years long process resulted in a unified Governing Board, Team-based Ministry, and significantly revised bylaws.

2024 Parsonage Sale
After a decade of conversation, in May of 2024 the congregation sold the church parsonage.
