JOIN US ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 23 FOR OUR ANNUAL HOLIDAY FAIR!
Pre-order your potpies, cookies, and pumpkin rolls by November 17 and we will have them ready for you to pick up on November 23. We’ll also serve delicious butternut bisque soup, corn chowder, and hot chili for lunch that day.
There will be a beautiful assortment of greens arrangements and balsam wreaths at the bazaar on the front lawn. Inside you will find unique holiday gift items at our Handmade in the Quiet Corner table. Aunt Mimi’s Attic Treasures includes jewelry and handbags. The SERRV table has handcrafted fair trade items from third world artisans. Be sure to look through the auction close-outs in the Library and find some great bargains.
Downstairs you will find Santa’s Toy Chest with gently used toys, games and puzzles. The Unique Boutique has all things Christmas—mugs, dishes, ornaments, and decorations at discount prices. Stop by the Bake Sale for delicious cookies and treats. The Hill Church Cafe will open at 11 am for lunch and the menu is listed below.
Cash transactions are preferred. There is ample free parking on the Woodstock Common.

We will have a limited number of “take and bake” Chicken Pot Pies for sale on Saturday. Pre-order your pies by November 17 to be sure to get some!
You can also:
- Sign up to help with baking, food prep, greens, or set up.
- Bring in your donations for the Silent Auction or Jewelry table. Receiving dates are November 3-8.
- Get crafty and make something for Handmade in the Quiet Corner.
- Place your order for potpies and plan to be a Sponsor, or even a SUPER Sponsor. You may download an order form from this page or pick one up at church. Deadline for order is November 17
- Plan to assist with set up or volunteer to staff one of the tables on Fair day.
