
It’s almost time for our annual indoor/outdoor holiday bazaar
and we can use your help!
DROP OFF YOUR DONATIONS:
We are collecting donations for Silent Auction, plus jewelry, children’s toys, holiday decorations. Look through your attic, cull through jewelry (both costume and heirloom!), and gather up toys and puzzles. Get crafty and make something for our handmade table. Please leave your things on the table in Harrison Hall from November 2-9.
PLACE YOUR PRE-ORDER
Place your order for chicken pot pies, baked goods, greens and wreaths by November 16. Order forms can be downloaded or completed online.
VOLUNTEER FOR A PREP SESSION

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL FIND AT THE
CHRISTMAS ON THE HILL HOLIDAY BAZAAR
Pre-order your potpies, cookies, and pumpkin rolls, and we will have them ready for pick up. We’ll also serve delicious butternut bisque soup, corn chowder, and hot chili to go.
We’ll have beautiful greens arrangements and balsam wreaths at the bazaar on the front lawn. You will also find unique holiday gift items at our ‘Handmade in the Quiet Corner’ table. Aunt Mimi’s Attic Treasures includes jewelry and handbags. Santa’s Toy Chest has gently used toys and the Unique Boutique has all things Christmas—mugs, dishes, ornaments, and decorations. This year we are also including the SERRV table of handcrafted fair-trade items made in third world countries.
Our Silent Auction will be online and will feature an array of antiques, collectibles, sports equipment, furniture, and handcrafted artwork. Bidding is open from noon on Friday, November 14 until 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 20 through Bidding Owl. Auction pick up is Saturday, November 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Free parking is available on the Woodstock Common. Cash transactions are preferred.
