Call to the Annual Meeting of the First Congregational Church of Woodstock
The Annual Meeting of the First Congregational Church of Woodstock is called for Sunday, January 28, 2024. Roll Call to commence immediately following the close of worship beginning at approximately 10:50AM.
The agenda will be as follows:
- To accept the reports of the Pastor, Clerk, Treasurer, Boards, Teams, and
Committees for the year 2023. - To receive and act upon the budget for 2024.
- To act upon the proposed bylaw changes.
- To act upon the proposed nominations from the Governing Board.
- To remember those of our membership who have died since our last
annual meeting. - To act upon any other business proper to come before the meeting.
